You can check your order status on the Order History page of your Account Dashboard. Log in to your account or go straight to your Order History if you're already logged in. If a tracking number was provided, you'll be able to see exact shipping details.

NOTE: There is an additional shipping charge for orders that weigh over 50 lbs. If applicable, this additional charge will be reflected in your total shipping costs.

Shipping Restrictions

JM Training does not currently ship any item to PO Boxes, Alaska, Connecticut, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or to APO/FPO.

JM Training does not ship suppressors to Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island.

AMMUNITION: Ammunition must ship Ground. On average, ammunition orders will, after processing time, take between 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your provided shipping address.

SUPPRESSORS: Orders containing a suppressor will not ship until all legal requirements have been met. This includes receipt of an ATF-approved tax stamp, successful completion of the ATF Form 4473, and a Chief Law Enforcement Officer (CLEO) notification with a seven-day required waiting period (to begin after confirmed delivery and acknowledgement of said notification by a Chief Law Enforcement Officer). Once all legal requirements have been met, suppressors are shipped in a two-leg route: first from a warehouse to a licensed location in your state, and then from the licensed location in your state to your front door.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Expedited shipping methods may be added for an additional cost on some items. The shipping options available will display during the checkout process. These expedited shipping methods are subject to Monday–Friday business-day operations and DO NOT include Saturday delivery. For Saturday delivery, please contact us prior to purchase. There is no expedited shipping method for ammunition purchases.

FREE SHIPPING: Any free shipping promotions do not apply to bulk orders or to expedited shipping. The minimum purchase amount to qualify for each free shipping offer does not include the firearms processing fee or tax.

Package Protection

We offer flat-rate Package Protection as part of our shipping and delivery services for all products ordered from the JM Training website, up to $5,000.00.
